Paul Carter
Deputy Chair
Convenor Finance Committee
Brings a wealth of experience and expertise in project management and business practises. He is convenor of the Finance Committee where he is overseeing the move to improved financial systems.
Chris McMillan
Passionate about International Development – people and planet. He has worked in International Development since 2013. Originally through World Vision Senegal and, more recently, through the social enterprise, Gaïa, that he founded in Senegal.
Mark Deasey
International international development and humanitarian professional with over four decades of experience working in Australia, the Middle East, Cambodia, and Indonesia. In 2002 he delivered the Backhouse Lecture at Australia Yearly Meeting: To Do Justly and to Love Mercy: Learning from Quaker Service.
Some of QSA's projects are delivered in partnership with the Australian Government through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP).
